The noise in the bar at night, with the shows. I had to work but the only location with WiFi was the bar. If WiFi was working in some other area too it would have been very nice. I hope you will be open in November 2011

Good morning, my experience at your hotel was fantastic. The only bad thing is your wi-fi. Will certainly also the next Rally Ctalunya 2012. if the line will improve Wi-Fi

We think the hotel is not four star hotel, it is tree star hotel. Services and food are good, but the rooms are poor. A gym was not good and it get closed in the evenings too early.

Both my husband and I enjoyed the Hotel facilities. The facilities in the hotel are good,food good but the best asset for your hotel is without doubt the staff. Any staff that we had dealings with either at reception and especially in the dining area were excellent.

My only small dislike is that wi fi is not available throughout the hotel.

all of above areas were good, with the dining area, and food quality, presentation being very good.The selection of lagers and beers at the bar were not great.Pool area was well laid out and facilities in surrounding area were good. The nightly entertainment could be improved more with music and band entertainment. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

The only dislike was that we felt that the charge for the taxi to and from the airport was high. We strongly recommend that the Hotel runs some form of shuttle bus with a charge that would be fair to all availing of this service.

when i booked this hotel i first wanted to book a room for 5 persons when it told me i couldnt i had to then book an appart for 3 and double room for 2 they never explained app are at a seperate part of hotel so then when i wanted us to be tog they sent us up to an app for 5 persons this app was very small but when we came back down to hotel the other girl said we could;nt take this cause it was;nt for 5 my son was very upset as it was his first time he didnt stay with in a room all tog.then when we were going to take this room for 5 they were going to take the same money and they would have rented out the double room again for the 622euro this was very unfair ,then what was very unfair altogether was my sister booked as well they gave her an appart for 4 adults for 1,200 half board and her room was cancelled before we came as her credit card declined and they said they could offer her this price as it was on her computer today these are daily offers she told us and we had booked 2months in anvance for1495 just bed and breakfast,we did enjoy our stay at your hotel as it was lovely and clean staff were friendly and entertainment was great we would hope to book your hotel again in the near future thanking you from noel and helen browne

PLenty for kids. Nightly entertainment + anamacion kids club personnel all excellent. Service and choice in resteraunt very good. Hotel and rooms very clean. Would consider booking again in future

Breakfast buffet was impressive and very varied. Pool and pool areas were very nice. Evening entertainment was good.

Evening / Dinner buffet quality wasn't great. Reception Staff were quite friendly and helpful but check in and check out process was very slow. Lift was extemely slow to go 1 floor!

I liked the cleaniness of the hotel. I liked the second, smaller pool, it it more suited to a quiet, relaxing holiday. I think the lifeguard in the smaller pool was very helpful and attentive. At one point some boisterous boys came in and took over the pool, all other holiday makers left. The life guard watched and reprimaded the boys until eventually they went back to the main pool. The kids club was great for my daughter, she loved it. However, I didn't realise until the day before we left that the hotel provided a kids club free of charge. I thought only First Choice provided a club.

When we first arrived I found the receptionist unfriendly and unhelpful. We booked direct on the web and did not have a tour operator. On arrival I wasn't given any information about the hotel facilities or location. I did ask for some details and she just handed me a sheet of paper with hotel rules. However, the other receptionist we dealt with were very friendly and helpful. First impressions last though. I disliked the fact the shows start at 10.30pm, this is very late for family who do not wish to sit around drinking for hours waiting for a show.

We were travelling with 2 adults, 1 child 1 enfant, the room allocated was far too small, once the cot was in, there was no leg room, had to upgrade and pay extra for a bit more space.

The hotel is nice, has 3 pools and kids playground. There are all 4* star facilities.

It was surprising that we had to pay for renting a security box in the room. You have to pay a deposit and rent. It was our first trip to Spain, we had a half-board and we had to pay for drinks (water, tea, coffee) at our dinner. Also please be aware that the hotel is at least 10 min walk from the sea.

Pokoje przestronne i ładnie urządzone, lcd tv, suszarka. Miła angielskojęzyczna obsługa. Basen czysty, dużo miejsca na leżakowanie + placyk zabaw dla maluchów.

Lepiej parkować na ulicach wokół hotelu lub przed budynkiem bo garaż w budynku hotelu kosztuje 10euro/dobę - jest bardzo ciasny a brama jest wiecznie zamknięta. Jedzenie średnie - dobre śniadania, ale przeciętne kolacje + konieczność płacenia nawet za wodę. Dość daleko do plaży. Ruchliwa ulica za ogrodzeniem.

Over het eten! s' morgens waren er enkel piccolo's die keihard waren en croissants die plets aanvoelden alsof ze gewoon uit de diepvries kwamen. Geen keuze in broodjes alhoewel ze bij het avondeten 4 verschillende broodjes aanboden. Weinig keuze in warm eten en het vlees was veelal vet. Bij het kinderbuffet lagen wel iedere dag frietjes maar die waren ook maar héél slap gebakken!
